PHILADELPHIA, PA — WhiteHawk Minerals Corp. (NYSE: WHK) will present its natural gas royalty strategy to investors Aug. 19 at the EnerCom Denver conference as the company seeks to raise its profile among institutional capital providers.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Daniel Herz is scheduled to speak at 10:35 a.m. MDT at the Westin Denver Downtown, the company reported.
Herz and other members of WhiteHawk’s management team will also hold individual meetings with registered investors during the conference, which runs Aug. 17 through Aug. 19.
WhiteHawk owns and manages natural gas mineral and royalty interests, with its portfolio concentrated in the Appalachian and Haynesville basins.
As of March 31, the company’s holdings covered approximately 3.4 million gross drilling-spacing-unit acres. About 1.6 million of those acres were located across the Appalachian and Haynesville basins.
WhiteHawk reported that its portfolio represents an economic interest in production equal to approximately 13% of U.S. natural gas output. The figure describes the volume of production tied to properties in which the company holds interests, rather than WhiteHawk’s direct share of national production.
The annual EnerCom Denver conference brings together energy companies with institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, analysts and industry executives. Organizers expect more than 1,000 people to attend the three-day event.
