POTTSTOWN, PA — Victory Fire Protection is joining Total Fire Protection, giving the Pottstown company access to additional security and industrial safety services while establishing TFP’s first Pennsylvania operation and expanding the larger company to nine locations across five states.
Victory will continue under the leadership of President Digger Weigand, the company’s current owner. The business was originally founded by Vic and Sue Weigand and serves customers in the greater Pottstown area.
The combination will expand Victory’s service portfolio through Total Fire & Security and Total Industrial Solutions. Those divisions add security system design, installation and monitoring as well as industrial fire-safety capabilities to Victory’s existing fire protection operations.
The industrial offerings include dry chemical and fire foam suppression systems, flame detectors and fire pumps. Victory currently provides fire protection design, inspections, testing, maintenance and emergency repairs.
“Joining Total Fire Protection allows us to offer our customers the same trusted, local service they’ve always relied on, now backed by the resources, technology, and national scale of a larger organization,” Weigand stated.
The combined operation will serve customers across the greater Philadelphia region and Pennsylvania, providing fire sprinkler design and installation, repairs, inspections, testing and maintenance. Its services will also include fire alarm and security systems, industrial solutions, special-hazard testing, fire pump installation and 24-hour emergency service.
For Total Fire Protection, the transaction extends a growth strategy centered on adding established regional fire protection businesses. Victory becomes TFP’s ninth location and takes its geographic footprint to five states.
