KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Universal Health Services Inc. (NYSE: UHS) said it will report financial results for the first quarter ended March 31 after the market closes on Monday, April 27.
The company said it will host a conference call for investors and analysts at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, April 28.
A live webcast of the call will be available on the company’s website at www.uhs.com, with telephone participants required to register in advance to receive dial-in details and access credentials.
Universal Health Services said a replay of the call will remain available for one year following the live event.
The company operates acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, and ambulatory centers across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Puerto Rico.
