Unisys Service Desk Earns HDI Recertification for IT Support

BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) said it has received biannual recertification of its Global Service Desk through HDI’s IT Support Center Certification program, citing performance metrics above industry benchmarks.

The company said its service desk achieved an overall rating of 3.7 out of 4 in the audit, which evaluates IT support operations against industry standards.

HDI, an organization focused on IT service management, conducts the certification to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and customer support performance.

Unisys said the audit recognized its use of automation, artificial intelligence, and knowledge management tools in delivering IT support services.

The company also reported long-term client relationships, with an average tenure of 23 years among its top customers, and cited strong customer satisfaction metrics.

Unisys said it maintains global service consistency across regions and has implemented experience-based service agreements aimed at improving user outcomes.

The company added that employee development programs and management practices contribute to workforce engagement within its support operations.

Unisys was first certified by HDI in 2022 and previously recertified in 2024.

Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys, was also named to HDI’s Top 25 Thought Leaders list for 2026, marking her third consecutive year receiving the recognition.
