LOWER POTTSGROVE TWP, PA — PennDOT announced lane closures and a major traffic shift next week on U.S. 422 in Lower Pottsgrove Township as part of an $83.6 million reconstruction project.

From Monday, October 20, through Friday, October 24, westbound lanes will be reduced between the Sanatoga and Armand Hammer Boulevard interchanges from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and eastbound lanes from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Saturday, October 25, lane closures will affect both directions between those interchanges from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM to complete the traffic shift.

The work will move westbound traffic to the median area so crews can begin the next reconstruction phase. Motorists should expect delays and allow extra travel time. All work is weather dependent.
