HORSHAM, PA — Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) plans to add 22 luxury single-family homes in Horsham priced from about $1.6 million, expanding the builder’s high-end Montgomery County inventory as site work begins ahead of sales expected in late fall 2026.
The Horsham-based homebuilder is developing the Woodford Glen community at 1 Bloomfield Lane, with homes planned on lots averaging more than one acre in a cul-de-sac configuration.
The residences are expected to range from about 4,600 to more than 6,600 square feet, with four to five bedrooms and four to six bathrooms, according to the company.
Plans include primary bedroom suites, first-floor bedroom suites, open living areas, kitchens and side-entry garages. Buyers will also be able to select options including finished basements, lofts and outdoor living areas.
The community’s limited 22-home inventory and starting price position the project at the upper end of the suburban Philadelphia housing market.
John Dean, Toll Brothers’ Pennsylvania division president, described Woodford Glen as an opportunity for buyers seeking larger homes and lots in a low-density setting.
“This intimate community offers a rare opportunity to own a luxury estate home in a quiet and picturesque cul-de-sac setting,” Dean said.
Buyers will be able to customize interior and exterior selections through the company’s Toll Brothers Design Studio.
Woodford Glen is near Routes 611, 202, and 309 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, providing access to employment and commercial centers across Montgomery and Bucks counties.
The development is also near Warrington, Ambler, Montgomeryville, and Doylestown, as well as parks and golf courses.
The community is within the Hatboro-Horsham School District. Toll Brothers said private-school options are also available in the surrounding area.
