Stretch Zone Expands Footprint With New Conshohocken Studio

Stretch Zone

CONSHOHOCKEN, PAStretch Zone has opened its newest studio in Conshohocken, marking the 14th location for owner Jason Abrams and his partners, Mark Auerbach, Matt Abrams, and Natalia Abrams. The team plans to more than double their regional presence, with a goal of operating 30 locations across the area.

Abrams first discovered Stretch Zone during the Covid pandemic, when health and wellness businesses began reshaping the retail landscape. A long-time advocate for active living, he quickly became a regular client himself. “I make it a priority to get a one-hour stretch session each week,” Abrams said. “It’s become a vital part of how I stay healthy.”

The Conshohocken opening also positions the group to capture new market share by taking over a competitor’s former location. “Southeastern PA has been an outstanding market for Stretch Zone, and this move reinforces our commitment to expanding in the region,” Abrams explained.

Beyond the growth strategy, Abrams emphasized the human side of the business. He pointed to the impact on members’ lives as the most rewarding part of ownership. “Hearing their stories—about how much they love our team and how our service has made a meaningful difference—is incredibly rewarding,” he said.

Stretch Zone offers what it calls “no sweat exercise,” with certified practitioners guiding clients through controlled stretches using a patented strapping system. Sessions aim to improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and increase energy, while clients use a simple communication protocol to ensure safety and comfort.

The new Conshohocken studio, located at 10 E Ridge Pike, Store 38, officially opened September 15, 2025. New members are being offered a complimentary first consultation and stretch session.
