PHILADELPHIA, PASow Good Now, a nonprofit focused on empowering underserved youth through sports, will host its first annual gymnastics GiveBack event on September 27 in partnership with the Make The World Better Foundation and the University of Pennsylvania Gymnastics team.

The event, held at the Vare Recreation Center in South Philadelphia, will bring together 40 girls between the ages of six and fifteen for a morning of free gymnastics instruction and mentorship. Since its founding in 2018, Sow Good Now has worked with children across Philadelphia, Chester, and Delaware Counties, using sports as a tool for connection, confidence, and community. By teaming up with the Make The World Better Foundation, the group aims to extend opportunities to youth who may not otherwise have access to athletics.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 27, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Vare Recreation Center, 2601 Moore Street, Philadelphia.
