NEWARK, DE — Cybersecurity company SOCRadar has been named to Inc.’s 2026 Best Workplaces list, a recognition that comes as the threat intelligence provider continues expanding its global customer base and workforce in the competitive cybersecurity sector.
The company was recognized in the publication’s Security category after an evaluation process that included employee surveys and a review of workplace benefits, according to Inc.
The annual ranking assesses workplace culture, management effectiveness, professional development opportunities, employee engagement, and benefits programs across participating companies.
SOCRadar, which provides threat intelligence and external risk monitoring services, said it serves customers in more than 150 countries. The company uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to help organizations identify and respond to cybersecurity threats.
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Huzeyfe Onal said the company’s workplace strategy is built around employee development, accountability, and transparency.

Inc. said 507 companies were recognized on this year’s Best Workplaces list following employee feedback and an independent review conducted with workplace research firm Quantum Workplace.
