WARMINSTER, PA — Signature Systems, Inc. has announced a new partnership with eConnect, a company specializing in AI-powered facial recognition and video surveillance. The collaboration introduces an integrated solution that connects point-of-sale (POS) data with real-time video feeds—streamlining fraud detection and enhancing operational oversight.
The new system made its debut at Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel in New York, providing the property with a sophisticated security upgrade just as it undergoes a major expansion expected to double its footprint. The enhanced surveillance tool allows security teams to search video logs based on specific transaction data—such as items sold, employee IDs, time stamps, and payment methods—enabling rapid investigation into suspected fraud or internal theft.
