PHILADELPHIA, PA — Qlik said organizations are deploying its agentic analytics tools in production environments to support operational decision-making, as the company expands its platform with new capabilities and integrations.

The company said its Qlik Answers interface, hosted on Qlik Cloud, is being used to combine AI-driven analysis with governed enterprise data and curated knowledge.

“Organizations are looking for AI that doesn’t just provide answers, but that can reason through complex data and clearly display the reasoning,” said Brendan Grady, general manager of Qlik’s analytics business unit.

Qlik said customers including Compass Healthcare, Malmö Redhawks, and Bystronic Group are deploying the technology in business operations.

“The beauty of Qlik Answers is that it makes both our documentation and structured data accessible through a conversational interface,” said Max Mosky, senior vice president of strategy and innovation at Compass Healthcare.

Andreas Hadelöv, assistant general manager of Malmö Redhawks, said the platform’s integration with emerging AI tools allows organizations to test and expand analytics capabilities without overhauling existing systems.
