Philadelphia Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Homicide Suspect; $20,000 Reward Offered

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit has called on the public to aid in identifying a suspect linked to the alleged fatal shooting of a 21-year-old victim. The crime reportedly took place on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at approximately 3:02 AM at an apartment located on North 15th Street.

In an effort to expedite the investigation and bring the perpetrator to justice, the City of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction for this homicide.

The male suspect, as seen in surveillance video excerpts released by the police, appears to have a tattoo covering his left forearm and was wearing distinct clothing at the time of the alleged incident. As the investigation is ongoing, the police department has urged anyone who recognizes the suspect or has any information related to the crime to come forward.
