PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom has been recognized with a 2026 HCM Technology Signal Award for AI Maturity by H3 HR Advisors, highlighting its use of artificial intelligence across talent acquisition and workforce management.
H3 HR Advisors cited Phenom’s application of AI throughout the talent lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and internal mobility, as a distinguishing factor. The firm noted the platform’s ability to support both external hiring and internal career development using shared intelligence models.

Phenom also reported that 83% of organizations remain at low levels of AI maturity in talent strategies, based on its 2026 benchmarking report.
The company said its platform integrates enterprise data and applies AI models to improve hiring workflows and decision-making. Its AI and Automation Maturity Model evaluates organizations on automation and intelligence, ranging from manual processes to fully automated operations.
Examples cited include a home care organization that increased candidate screenings by 40% and reduced time to offer, and a defense and technology company that reduced hiring time by 24% and achieved $1.3 million in return on investment.
A national retailer also reported higher interview acceptance rates and reduced hiring timelines after implementing AI-driven recruiting tools.
