PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom has been named a finalist in three categories of the 2026 CODiE Awards, recognition that could increase the visibility of the company’s artificial intelligence software as enterprises accelerate investment in HR automation.
The Philadelphia-based HR technology company was selected as a finalist for Best Talent Management Solution for its Applied AI platform and received two nominations for its Voice Screening Agent, including Best Productivity/Workflow Solution and Product of the Year.
The CODiE Awards, now in their 40th year, recognize software and technology products through a peer-reviewed evaluation process conducted by industry experts.
The nominations spotlight two areas where employers are increasingly investing: automating high-volume recruiting tasks and deploying AI across human resources operations.
Phenom’s Voice Screening Agent is designed to automate initial candidate interviews by conducting role-specific phone conversations, producing interview transcripts, generating summaries and scoring applicants against predefined hiring criteria.
The company reported the product has achieved an 86% call completion rate and 90% candidate satisfaction.
Phenom’s Applied AI platform is intended to automate hiring, employee development and retention workflows by integrating data from existing HR systems and adapting processes based on organizational policies and workforce needs.
Senior Director of Product Marketing John Deal argued that enterprise HR departments require AI systems built specifically for workforce management rather than general-purpose automation.
“Our Voice Screening Agent gives recruiting teams capacity they’ve never had, and our applied AI gives organizations the infrastructure to hire, develop and retain at scale,” Deal stated.
The company positions the platform as infrastructure for enterprise HR organizations seeking to automate recruiting and talent management while maintaining compliance and oversight across global operations.
