PharmaForce Appoints Lynn Eschenbacher as Strategy Officer

PharmaForce International

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — PharmaForce said it recently appointed Lynn Eschenbacher as chief pharmacy and strategy officer as the company expands its leadership team amid growing complexity in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Eschenbacher brings more than 25 years of experience in pharmacy leadership, including roles in health systems, operations, and enterprise strategy, the company announced.

She most recently served as chief pharmacy and strategy officer at Quva Pharma and previously held senior positions including chief pharmacy officer at Ascension, as well as roles at WakeMed Health & Hospitals and Duke University Hospital.

Her appointment comes as health systems face increased regulatory scrutiny, shifting manufacturer dynamics, and rising expectations for compliance and financial performance within the 340B program.

PharmaForce said organizations are also contending with fragmented systems, delayed reporting, and manual workflows that limit visibility and slow decision-making.

“340B has become a critical lever for health systems, but the expectations around execution have fundamentally changed,” said Rob Kill, chief executive officer of PharmaForce.

At PharmaForce, Eschenbacher will oversee pharmacy strategy, clinical alignment, and industry engagement, and will work with clients on oversight of contract pharmacy programs and performance improvement efforts.

She will also support the company’s use of artificial intelligence in program management, the company said.

“Health systems don’t need more complexity,” Eschenbacher said. “They need the ability to deliver, with precision, on the promise 340B makes to patients.”
