LOWER PROVIDENCE TWP, PA — Drivers should prepare for daytime lane restrictions on Park Avenue beginning Monday, July 27, as road construction gets underway in Lower Providence Township. Expect delays and plan extra time while flaggers direct traffic through the work zone.
