DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Drivers should prepare for separate rounds of overnight lane closures on Bryn Mawr Avenue and Interstate 95 beginning Tuesday, September 1, as PennDOT schedules milling and paving in Radnor and Tinicum townships.
