BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Nighttime line painting will bring moving lane closures to sections of Interstate 295 beginning Sunday, July 26, with work scheduled to continue through the end of August. Drivers should plan extra time and expect intermittent delays through the work areas.

Moving lane closures will affect sections of I-295 between the Interstate 95 and Route 332 (Yardley Newtown Road) interchanges in Bristol Township, Middletown Township and Lower Makefield Township.
No detour has been announced. The highway will remain open, but drivers should watch for slow-moving work vehicles, changing lane patterns and crews operating overnight.
Backups and delays may occur as the operation moves along the corridor. Motorists should reduce speed and seek alternate routes when practical.
