EAGLEVILLE, PA — Renowned Philadelphia chef, Ashley Power, is opening the doors of a new culinary venture in Eagleville, PA. Otto’s Supper Club & Social, situated at 3140 Ridge Pike, is the latest addition to Power’s impressive portfolio, which includes the successful catering company, Power Events.

The new 700-square-foot space, formerly occupied by Kriebel’s Custom Bakery, will serve as a multi-purpose hub for a range of gastronomic experiences. Alongside regular supper club dinners, the venue will host cooking classes, private events, and offer a platform for exciting culinary collaborations with local makers, spirits distillers, and wineries.

Power, a Drexel University culinary school graduate, has been a staple of the Philadelphia culinary scene since 2003. She honed her skills in the kitchens of prestigious establishments, including Brasserie Perrier, before transitioning to front-of-house roles and later becoming a restaurant consultant.

Despite her extensive experience, Power admits that opening a restaurant was never part of her plan. The idea for Otto’s Supper Club & Social came about unexpectedly when she visited Kriebel’s bakery and learned the space was available. On the spur of the moment, she decided to transform the location into a hub for culinary enthusiasts.

The name ‘Otto’s’ pays homage to Power’s Great Uncle Otto, who passed away at 104 years old. Power credits her time spent on her uncle’s 50-acre farm during her childhood summers as a significant influence on her culinary journey. The sustainable lifestyle and farm-to-table approach practiced on the farm laid the foundation for the concept behind Otto’s Supper Club & Social.

Supper club dinners at Otto’s will be eclectic, reflecting Power’s creative inspiration, seasonal ingredient availability, and both global and local culinary trends. With a commitment to sourcing from local farms whenever possible, the new venture promises an authentic, flavor-rich experience for all attendees.
