NetCarrier Appoints Laura Bella as Vice President of Operations

AUDUBON, PA — NetCarrier said it appointed Laura Bella as vice president of business operations as the company expands its voice artificial intelligence and automation platform.

The company said Bella will oversee operational infrastructure to support growth of its ConnectSmart platform and other services, with responsibility for account services, implementation, customer support, business systems, and human resources.

NetCarrier said the move is intended to align internal systems and processes with increasing demand for AI-driven voice solutions.

“Laura’s promotion … reflects the deep institutional knowledge and unwavering commitment she brings to NetCarrier,” Chief Executive Officer Jerry Stabile said, citing the company’s shift toward AI-powered automation services.

Bella has worked at NetCarrier for 15 years and has held roles in customer-facing and operational functions, the company said.

“We are entering a new phase where voice is no longer just a communication tool,” Bella said, adding that her focus will be on scaling operations while maintaining service quality.

NetCarrier provides communications and voice automation services, including unified communications, contact center tools, and its ConnectSmart platform, and serves customers across the United States, according to the company.
