Moxie Labs Launches Digital Ordering Platform for Hattie B’s Expansion

NEW HOPE, PA — Moxie Labs launched a new web and mobile ordering platform for Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, replacing the restaurant chain’s legacy third-party system as the Nashville-based brand continues its national expansion.

The Philadelphia-area digital product and marketing agency announced the rollout is powered by FNGRFOOD, its proprietary restaurant technology platform designed to integrate ordering, loyalty programs, point-of-sale systems and customer data into a unified digital experience.

The deployment marks the first large-scale national implementation of FNGRFOOD, according to Moxie Labs. Hattie B’s selected the platform as it sought to modernize its digital infrastructure and support growth across multiple markets.

“Hattie B’s is a great example of a brand that has outgrown the limitations of traditional white-label platforms,” Justin Mathews, founder and chief executive officer of Moxie Labs, said. “FNGRFOOD gives them the flexibility to create a digital experience that truly reflects their brand while maintaining the operational efficiency required to scale.”

Moxie Labs indicated the system was built to provide restaurant operators with greater control over customer experience and branding than standard third-party ordering applications. The platform includes a customized front-end interface and backend orchestration tools intended to connect online ordering with restaurant operations.

The Hattie B’s implementation integrates the company’s “Coop Club” loyalty program with ordering systems and customer data, while also synchronizing with kitchen workflows to improve order management and reduce delays for pickup and delivery orders.

“We knew that to keep pace with our growth, our digital presence had to reflect the same quality as our in-restaurant service,” Joel Chrisman, chief executive officer of Hattie B’s, said. “Now, across all of our locations, we can deliver a more consistent, frictionless experience on both web and mobile.”
