CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Morgan Properties ranked No. 2 on the 2026 National Multifamily Housing Council Top Owners list after adding 13,748 units to its portfolio, bringing its total to approximately 110,475 apartment homes.
The company moved up from No. 3 in 2025 and recorded the largest unit increase among ranked firms.
Morgan Properties was also named to the NMHC Top Managers list, reflecting its role in managing multifamily housing properties nationwide.
