Mid Penn Bank Named Sponsor of Broad Street Run in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Mid Penn Bank (Nasdaq: MPB) will serve as the official banking partner of the Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run, scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Philadelphia.

The bank is participating as a silver-level sponsor and will be present throughout race weekend, including at the Broad Street Run Expo on May 1 and May 2 and along the racecourse on event day.

Bank employees and leadership are expected to participate in the race, while additional staff will be stationed at the start and finish lines and along the route to support runners and engage with attendees.

Mid Penn Bank will also host a booth at the expo, where visitors can meet staff, receive promotional items, and learn about the bank’s services.

President and CEO Rory G. Ritrievi said the bank is supporting participants throughout the event.

“While you prepare for race day and look ahead to the finish line, we’re with you every step of the way,” Ritrievi said.

The Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run is one of the largest 10-mile races in the United States and draws tens of thousands of participants annually.
