Listrak Cuts Email Production Steps With New Figma Plugin

Listrak

LITITZ, PA — Listrak has introduced a Figma plugin that converts designs directly into production-ready emails inside its marketing platform, targeting the manual development work that can slow campaign deployment for retailers.

Listrak Studio transfers email designs created in Figma into a client’s Listrak account, where they can be attached to campaigns without teams rebuilding the designs or translating them separately into HTML.

The Lititz-based cross-channel personalization company is positioning the tool as a workflow change for retailers running frequent email campaigns, particularly those without dedicated email developers or those relying on repeated handoffs between designers and marketing teams.

The plugin converts Figma designs into responsive emails using Listrak’s email framework, which is tested across major clients including Gmail and Outlook. It also supports separate desktop and mobile styling without requiring marketers to write HTML.

Listrak Studio automatically synchronizes content and images between the design and email-production process. The software also provides design recommendations and flags potential rendering problems, including Gmail and iOS clipping, before deployment.

Listrak co-founder and CEO Ross Kramer estimated that eliminating manual rebuilding, copying and developer handoffs could save marketing teams more than 250 hours annually in email production.

“Listrak Studio eliminates rebuilding, copy-pasting and waiting on developers to translate designs into HTML,” Kramer stated, describing the goal as creating a direct path from design to a production-ready email.

The product is aimed at retailers with high-volume campaign calendars and teams seeking greater control over email design without adding development work.

Listrak Studio is available to all Listrak clients. The plugin can be installed through the Figma Community.
