Lincoln Investment Appoints Anthony Bueti as Chief Operating Officer

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Lincoln Investment Planning, LLC appointed Anthony Bueti as chief operating officer as part of a broader executive restructuring aimed at supporting growth and operational scale across the firm’s $60 billion wealth management business.

Bueti, who joined Lincoln Investment in 2015, will oversee operations and service functions while helping guide enterprise strategy and operational controls.

The company said the appointment is part of a multiyear leadership transition focused on scaling operations, improving execution and supporting technology and business development initiatives.

Lincoln Investment’s recent executive appointments also include Kathy Leckey as president, Jason Estes as chief information and technology officer and Dan Alexander as chief business development officer.

Bueti previously held senior leadership positions within the firm’s operations and service divisions and has more than 24 years of financial services experience.

“These leadership decisions reflect how intentionally we are building for the future,” Leckey said.

Lincoln Investment said Bueti’s responsibilities will include operational efficiency initiatives, compliance controls, workflow automation and support for advisor-facing operations.
