Traffic Alert

LOWER PROVIDENCE TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that utility construction will continue on Ridge Pike as part of a $26.2 million project to improve safety and traffic flow at the Ridge Pike and Germantown Pike intersection in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County.

From Monday, September 29, through Wednesday, December 31, a lane closure will be in place Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Ridge Pike between Germantown Pike and Crosskeys Road. Motorists should allow extra time, as backups and delays are expected. All work is weather dependent.
