The firm reported 21% organic year-over-year growth, compared with an average growth rate of 11% among firms on the list.
Hunt Scanlon’s annual ranking evaluates the largest and fastest-growing executive search firms across the Americas.
JM Search focuses exclusively on executive recruiting, including leadership placements for private equity-backed companies.
The firm placed nearly 1,000 executives in 2025 and added 45 partners and principals during the year.
JM Search also expanded its New York office and invested in artificial intelligence tools to support its operations.
