KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Jackson Cross Partners LLC recently appointed Hee Jong Kwon, Jason Blank, and Zachary Forrest as partners as the firm expands its leadership structure.
Kwon and Forrest will continue leading the Advisory Services Group, overseeing lease administration and real estate data management services for clients with domestic and international portfolios.
Kwon has been with the firm for 20 years and has served on its leadership team since 2020, while Forrest joined in 2017 after starting his career at Ernst & Young and has also been on the leadership team since 2020.
Blank, who joined the firm in 2008, will expand his role within the Transaction Services Group, which includes corporate real estate strategy and brokerage operations.
He has managed account teams and transaction managers for corporate clients across the United States and has been part of the leadership team since 2020.
“Elevating them to partner is a natural progression for both the firm and for them as leaders,” said John P. Morrissey, managing partner of Jackson Cross Partners.
