PHILADELPHIA, PA — IntegriChain will use three pharmaceutical industry conferences this fall to address changes in government drug pricing, 340B, gross-to-net forecasting and distribution, as manufacturers contend with regulatory and reimbursement pressures affecting revenue and market access.
The Philadelphia-based life sciences technology, data and consulting company will participate in the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit in Chicago, followed by two conferences in Philadelphia: the Pharma/Biotech Gross-to-Net Summit and Trade & Channel Strategies.
“Government pricing, 340B, gross-to-net, and trade and channel strategy are more interconnected and more consequential than ever for our clients,” Jeff Baab, a partner in IntegriChain’s advisory services practice, said.
At the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit, scheduled for Oct. 5-7 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park, Baab will discuss changes in government pricing and contracting on Oct. 7 at 9:40 a.m.
Clay Willis, also a partner in advisory services, will follow at 10:50 a.m. with a session examining efforts to put 340B claims into a single system of record. His presentation will also cover recent developments involving the 340B rebate model pilot program, contract and in-house pharmacy policies and the definition of a patient.
IntegriChain will turn its focus to gross-to-net strategy at the Pharma/Biotech Gross-to-Net Summit, scheduled for Nov. 16-18 at the Hilton at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia.
Jennifer Sharpe, vice president of gross-to-net consulting, will moderate a Nov. 16 roundtable for members of IntegriChain’s Revenue Analytics Collaborative, an industry peer network with more than 800 members that she co-founded.
Managing Director Walt Worsham will present Nov. 17 on drug-pricing policy and regulatory developments affecting gross-to-net forecasting, accruals and contracting strategy.
The company’s final scheduled appearance will come at Trade & Channel Strategies, Dec. 8-10 at the W Hotel in Philadelphia.
Bill Roth, senior vice president and managing partner for consulting and advisory, will deliver a keynote examining changes in pharmaceutical distribution, including reimbursement pressure on national retail pharmacy chains and the resulting effects on specialty and general medicine brands.
