PHILADELPHIA, PA — IntegriChain has launched a beta version of a conversational AI assistant with select biopharma partners, aimed at improving how commercial data is analyzed and used in decision-making across regulated functions.
The initial deployment targets areas including government price reporting, Medicaid rebate adjudication, channel management and specialty commercial operations.
The assistant is integrated into the company’s ICyte platform, which combines data management, analytics and operational workflows. A broader release is planned later this year following validation with early users.
“This is not about adding AI as a feature, it’s about rebuilding the intelligence layer of biopharma commercialization,” Chief Executive Officer Josh Halpern said.
The company formed four domain-focused teams to train and validate the system across its initial use cases, focusing on enabling natural-language queries and analysis tied to performance drivers and operational workflows.
IntegriChain said the system is designed to align outputs with regulatory requirements through auditability and explainability controls.
Separately, the company expanded its leadership team to support platform deployment and customer adoption.
John Ristuccia joined as senior vice president of professional services and support, overseeing delivery, data operations and customer engagement.
Kate Barecchia was appointed senior vice president of legal, responsible for corporate governance, compliance and legal strategy.
