YARDLEY, PA — Inizio recently launched an integrated Hub Services platform designed to support patient access, reimbursement, and adherence for life sciences clients.
The offering, delivered by its Inizio Engage business unit, is intended to address increasing complexity in patient access and payer requirements while providing coordinated support across the treatment process.
According to the company, the platform combines human support services, technology, and pharmacy coordination to streamline benefit verification, prior authorizations, and fulfillment processes.
Core components include a non-dispensing pharmacy model to coordinate services, field reimbursement support for providers, and analytics tools to monitor program performance and identify potential delays.
The company said the system is designed to connect access, affordability, and adherence services within a single operating model.
“As the access landscape continues to evolve, having a partner that brings together deep expertise, integrated capabilities, and a patient-centered approach is critical,” said Megan Guhl, head of patient access services for immunology at Incyte.
Inizio Engage will present the Hub Services platform at the Asembia Summit held April 27 through April 30, 2026, in Las Vegas.
Inizio employs more than 10,500 people across five business units and provides commercialization and clinical support services to health and life sciences companies.
