PHILADELPHIA, PA — Overnight lane closures are scheduled over the next two weeks on Interstate 76 and Interstate 676 as PennDOT crews conduct bridge cleaning operations across Philadelphia.

Eastbound I-76 will be reduced between Black Road and Sweetbriar Drive, while westbound I-76 lane closures will occur between U.S. 1 (Roosevelt Expressway) and City Avenue during overnight hours.
Additional lane closures are scheduled on I-676 (Vine Street Expressway) between 12th Street and 18th Street.
No detours are planned, but drivers should expect slower traffic and intermittent backups through all work zones. Plan extra time and consider alternate routes when traveling overnight.
