Healthy Solutions Opens Medspa Franchise Model to Physicians

Business News

IVYLAND, PA — Healthy Solutions Medspa is opening its physician-led business model to franchisees in 35 states after 17 years operating two Pennsylvania locations, seeking to expand through a medical spa and wellness market the company expects to grow sharply over the next several years.

Husband-and-wife founders Dr. Michael Luciano and Inna Luciano launched the franchise system in 2026 after developing the business at locations in Ivyland and Furlong. The company is targeting physicians interested in owning medical spa, wellness and longevity practices.

The franchise combines injectables with medical weight loss, hormone and peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy, skincare, laser treatments, body contouring and skin tightening. Its business model also incorporates memberships intended to generate recurring revenue rather than relying solely on individual treatments.

Luciano, who is board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine, began a primary care practice in 2009 before expanding into medically supervised weight loss and subsequently adding hormone therapy, wellness, aesthetics and other services.

Healthy Solutions is positioning physician ownership as a central component of its franchise strategy, with doctors directly overseeing treatment rather than serving solely as medical directors.

“Physician involvement isn’t a compliance checkbox for us, it’s the whole model,” Inna Luciano, co-founder and chief executive officer of Healthy Solutions Medspa Franchise, stated.

The company is pursuing expansion as medical spa operators navigate differing state oversight requirements and an evolving regulatory environment. Healthy Solutions maintains that its physician-led structure, used at its existing locations since 2009, can be replicated by franchisees entering the sector.

The franchise system provides physicians with support covering staffing, marketing, brand standards and office operations.

Healthy Solutions is offering territories in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The company’s two existing Pennsylvania locations have accumulated more than 600 five-star Google reviews, according to Healthy Solutions. The business also cites Top 500 Allergan status and recognition on the Inc. 5000.

“We spent years figuring out what works,” Inna Luciano stated. “Now we want to hand that playbook to physicians who see the same need Dr. Luciano saw in his own community.”
