PHILADELPHIA, PA — GLOBO Language Solutions said it has appointed Ryan Toohil as chief technology officer, a newly created role aimed at supporting the company’s growth and technology development.
Toohil will oversee the company’s technology strategy as it expands its interpreting and translation services, including artificial intelligence capabilities, the company said.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, most recently serving as chief technology officer and co-founder of Aura, where he led research and development operations and helped scale the business.
Toohil previously held engineering leadership roles at Endurance International Group, now Newfold Digital, where he oversaw products generating more than $100 million in annual revenue.
“I’m honored to join GLOBO and help lead the company’s next phase of technology expansion,” Toohil said.
GLOBO provides interpreting and translation services to businesses and organizations, focusing on improving communication for limited-English-speaking populations.
