WYOMISSING, PA — Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLPI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a second-quarter 2025 cash dividend of $0.78 per share, up $0.02 from the previous quarter. The dividend will be paid on June 27, 2025, to shareholders of record as of June 13, 2025. For comparison, the second-quarter 2024 dividend was $0.76 per share.
Based on yesterday’s closing price of $46.89 per share, the new annualized dividend reflects a 6.65% yield. While the Company plans to continue regular quarterly dividends, future payouts will be reviewed and determined by the Board.
