BROOMALL, PA — Factor4 has partnered with business management software provider Evosus to integrate omnichannel gift card capabilities into the Evosus platform, expanding access to physical and digital gift card services for businesses in the pool, spa and hearth industries.
The partnership allows merchants using Evosus Legacy and LOU platforms to sell, redeem and manage gift cards through PAX Aries payment devices while supporting transactions across both in-store and online sales channels.
Factor4 said the integration gives merchants access to its gift card platform without requiring separate systems, enabling real-time gift card sales, redemptions and balance tracking.
Evosus provides cloud-based software that integrates retail, e-commerce, service, inventory, accounting and reporting functions for businesses in the industries it serves.

Evosus Chief Executive Officer Dan McManus indicated that gift card and loyalty capabilities have been among the most requested features from customers.

According to the companies, the integrated platform provides physical and digital gift card processing, real-time balance tracking, omnichannel purchasing support and implementation through Factor4’s processing platform.
