At DSG Global, Minden will work with colleges and universities to recruit leadership teams and advise on organizational strategy.

“At a time when students and families are asking harder questions about the value of higher education, Courtney brings a deep understanding of the perspectives shaping those decisions,” said Jim Sirianni, global managing partner of DSG Global’s education practice.

Minden holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
