WILMINGTON, DE — Delaware State Police have identified the victim of the fatal crash in north Wilmington that occurred between November 25 and December 6, 2023. The victim, Bobby Pipkins Jr., a 42-year-old resident of Oxford, Pennsylvania, had been reported missing to the Wilmington Police Department on November 25, 2023.
The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. The police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to step forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
