PHILADELPHIA, PA — Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq: DVLT) launched three specialized data exchanges on Tuesday, shifting its strategy from infrastructure development toward commercial adoption and revenue generation after integrating technology acquired through its purchase of NYIAX.
The Philadelphia-based company launched its Information Data Exchange, or IDE, NIL Vault and American Political Exchange, establishing platforms focused on data monetization, name, image and likeness rights, and political data and advertising.
IDE serves as the company’s primary exchange platform and is designed to authenticate, score, value, tokenize, and monetize data and other real-world assets while allowing owners to retain control of the underlying information.
Datavault said its architecture can perform those functions without moving, ingesting, storing or altering a customer’s original dataset. The system can create authenticated digital twins, tokenized assets and metadata records representing ownership and provenance.
The platform incorporates Datavault’s DataScore and DataValue technologies, which are designed to measure data characteristics and establish economic value.
NIL Vault applies the same infrastructure to name, image and likeness rights. Datavault said the platform is intended to let athletes and other rights holders establish, manage, value, license and monetize NIL assets.
The American Political Exchange applies Datavault’s exchange infrastructure to political data, advertising and related information assets, using blockchain and immutable-data technologies to create auditable transaction records. The company says the platform is designed to operate within applicable federal and state requirements.
The launches follow Datavault’s acquisition of NYIAX Inc., completed in August. NYIAX brought exchange technology, blockchain settlement infrastructure and four issued U.S. patents covering electronic trading, matching, transfer, settlement and lifecycle management across different types of inventory.
The technology is designed to support order matching, price discovery, standardized contracting, liquidity formation and secondary-market transactions.
NYIAX originally applied the infrastructure to advertising inventory, allowing guaranteed media inventory to be standardized, priced, traded and resold using financial-market concepts and blockchain-based settlement.
Datavault plans to combine that infrastructure with its existing valuation and tokenization technology, extending the process from asset identification and valuation through commercialization and market participation.
“Our objective has never been simply to create a token,” Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel Bradley said. “We are building infrastructure designed to identify an asset, authenticate it, establish its value, tokenize it and create a pathway to monetize it.”
Bradley said NYIAX adds matching, price discovery, contracting, transaction and settlement capabilities to that process.
“Tokenization by itself does not create a market,” he said. “By combining Datavault AI’s valuation and tokenization technologies with NYIAX’s market infrastructure, we believe we are building a foundation capable of supporting specialized exchanges across multiple asset classes.”
Datavault spent the first half of 2026 assembling and integrating technology and infrastructure needed to bring the platforms to market, according to the company.
The Sept. 15 launches move the company into a phase focused on adoption, platform scale and converting commercial opportunities into recognized revenue and operating results.
“We spent years building the foundation,” Bradley said. “Now our responsibility is to put that foundation to work and demonstrate what it can produce.”
