KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Core Solutions said it recently launched Cx360 Enterprise, an electronic health record platform that integrates artificial intelligence into care documentation and workflows for behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disabilities providers.
The company said the system embeds AI directly into the care record to support workflow management, scheduling, reporting, and documentation in real time.
Core Solutions said the platform is designed to replace traditional systems by integrating clinical and operational data into a single interface, allowing care teams to identify needs, manage tasks, and track workflows across multiple service lines and locations.
“The Intelligent Care Record resets expectations for what technology should do in behavioral health,” President and Chief Executive Officer Ravi Ganesan said, adding that the system was designed to integrate intelligence into daily workflows rather than layering it onto existing platforms.
The system allows users to generate reports and dashboards using natural-language prompts and includes features such as real-time documentation support and workflow configuration tools, the company said.
Core Solutions said the platform includes safeguards intended to provide transparency into how AI-generated insights are produced and to ensure data privacy, with information not used to train external models.
“The clinical impact of this shift is significant,” Michael Arevalo, director of clinical strategy, said, citing the need for systems that help organizations identify risks earlier and connect information across the care process.
The company said it will demonstrate the platform at NatCon 2026 in Denver.
