PHILADELPHIA, PA — Clutch Health has selected Enigma Networks’ artificial intelligence-driven cybersecurity platform to automate security operations and compliance reporting as healthcare organizations face increasingly sophisticated AI-enabled cyber threats.
The deployment will provide continuous network monitoring and automated evidence collection for Clutch Health’s AI-powered patient engagement and loyalty platform, the companies said.
The move reflects a broader trend among healthcare companies seeking to bolster defenses as attackers increasingly use artificial intelligence to accelerate vulnerability discovery, impersonation campaigns and other cyberattacks.
“The reality is that attacks now happen at machine speed, while most security teams still rely on human-speed investigation and response,” Ed Dunkelberger, chief information security officer at Clutch Health, said in a statement.
He added that the platform functions as an “always-on security engineer” by continuously analyzing the company’s environment and identifying potential risks.
Beyond threat detection, Clutch Health expects the system to reduce the time spent responding to customer security questionnaires, audits and requests for proposals that require documentation of security controls and continuous monitoring.
Enigma Networks said its Enigma AI platform is designed to deliver proactive security insights, automate reporting and reduce manual compliance work, allowing organizations to expand security capabilities without increasing headcount.
“As attackers use AI to move faster, the right response isn’t just faster patching and detection—it’s governing internal trust before it can be exploited,” Enigma Networks Chief Executive Bob Moul said in a statement.
The agreement highlights growing demand for AI-driven cybersecurity tools as regulated industries such as healthcare face increasing pressure from customers and regulators to demonstrate robust security practices and protect sensitive data.
