Ci2 Advisors Launches Training Program to Boost Product Team Effectiveness

Ci2 Advisors

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Ci2 Advisors, LLC has announced the launch of a new training solution designed to enhance the communication and collaboration skills of product management and marketing teams. Developed in partnership with top Pragmatic Institute instructors Richard Nutinsky and Stacey Weber, this program aims to equip product teams with the tools needed to connect more effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Named Transforming Critical Product Conversations, the training is based on cutting-edge research in neuroscience and behavioral economics. The program helps participants better understand stakeholder needs and engage them in meaningful ways that inspire action. The solution has undergone a four-month Beta testing phase and is now generally available.

“Companies that make and sell products rely on their product management and marketing teams’ ability to connect with and understand their markets,” said John Geraci, founder and CEO of Ci2 Advisors. “This is particularly challenging today, where digital transformation is accelerating the need for new products and services. At the same time, digital media and remote work have left product teams more isolated and less connected with those key constituents.”

Ci2 Advisors specializes in fostering connectivity and productivity among leaders, teams, and their ecosystems. Leveraging its Dynamic Relationship Model™ and business storytelling techniques, the company’s solutions enable individuals and teams to build stronger personal connections and communicate clearly and authentically. This approach leads to improved team dynamics, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

The new training program focuses on enhancing the impact and understanding of product professionals by:

  • Teaching them to understand external and internal customers at a deeper level, allowing them to create specialized stories that foster effective relationships and increase receptivity to new product ideas.
  • Emphasizing the power of authentic communication to reduce friction, boost collaboration, and drive more value for customers and revenue for the business.

“Product management and product marketing are among a select list of roles where success depends entirely on other people such as engineering, R&D, sales, corporate marketing, and customer success,” said Nutinsky, Ci2 board advisor and solution co-collaborator. “By helping product professionals connect more effectively with the rest of the organization, we believe we can enhance everything they do.”

Initially, Transforming Critical Product Conversations will be available through open enrollment online workshops. The training consists of three sessions spread over three days, providing attendees the opportunity to apply what they learn in real-time. The first workshop schedule is as follows:

  • June 24, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
  • June 25, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
  • June 26, 10:00 a.m. – Noon ET

Ci2 Advisors also plans to offer this training on-site for businesses later this year.

This program is particularly relevant in today’s fast-paced business environment, where digital transformation and remote work have reshaped how teams interact and collaborate. Enhancing communication and collaboration within product teams can lead to more innovative products, better market alignment, and ultimately, greater business success. As companies navigate these changes, the ability to maintain strong, effective relationships both within the organization and with external stakeholders becomes increasingly critical.
