PHILADELPHIA, PA — Callan Family Office has hired Chuck Moore as director of data solutions and reporting, putting the former iCapital executive in charge of expanding the investment adviser’s financial data and reporting infrastructure as it scales services for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Moore will lead data strategy across Callan’s Family Office Services & Advisory platform, with responsibility for data governance, reporting standardization, system integration, and the accuracy and accessibility of client financial information.
A central part of that work will involve Addepar, which Callan uses as its primary platform for client financial data. Moore will oversee its use across the firm and work to connect reporting with other systems used by operations, technology, investment management and client-service teams.

Callan plans to use the reporting infrastructure for customized financial reports, performance analysis, consolidated balance sheets and other family-office services. Moore will also lead automation and process-improvement initiatives intended to increase operating efficiency as the firm grows.
Moore previously served as assistant vice president and team lead of data solutions at iCapital, formerly Mirador, where his work included enterprise implementations for large registered investment advisers, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth advisory teams.
At iCapital, Moore developed standardized onboarding and reporting processes and led teams responsible for platform implementation and client support. He also worked extensively with Addepar.

Moore previously held leadership positions with MedStar Health, Adrian Day Asset Management, RNR Wealth Management Solutions, Fortigent and Financial Concepts.
