Bridge Construction to Shut Down Kumry Road in Milford Township Next Week

MILFORD TWP, PA — Drivers in Upper Bucks County should plan for daytime detours next week as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission begins bridge construction along Kumry Road in Milford Township.

From Monday, November 17, through Friday, November 21, the road will be closed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM between Rosenberger Road and Walnut Lane. Passenger vehicles will be detoured via Allentown Road, Route 663 (John Fries Highway), and Krammes Road, while large trucks will be directed to use Main Street, Broad Street, Tollgate Road, Route 309 (West End Boulevard), and Route 663. Local access will remain open.
