HORSHAM, PA — Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. will relocate its corporate headquarters from Horsham, Pennsylvania, to Dallas, Texas, as part of a strategy to align operations and support long-term growth.
The company said the move places leadership closer to its U.S. operations and to parent company Grupo Bimbo’s global headquarters in Mexico City.
Bimbo USA has established operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including bakeries, sales centers, and distribution facilities.
The new headquarters is located at 5525 MacArthur Blvd. in Irving, Texas, where members of the senior leadership team are already based.
Greg Koehrsen, president of Bimbo Bakeries USA, said the relocation is intended to improve operational efficiency.
“Relocating our headquarters to Dallas positions us to operate more efficiently as we continue to invest in our brands and our communities,” Koehrsen said.
The company said it will continue hiring for corporate roles in Texas and expand partnerships with local universities for recruiting.
Bimbo USA will maintain operations in the Philadelphia region, including its Conshohocken Sales Center.
The company entered the U.S. market in 1998 through the acquisition of Mrs. Baird’s Bakery and has since expanded operations across Texas and the United States.
