Aramark Lands on TIME Ranking Across Workforce, Finance Metrics

Aramark

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) was named to TIME’s America’s Best Companies 2026 list after an evaluation of employee satisfaction, financial performance and sustainability disclosures, giving the food and facilities-services provider outside recognition across workforce and operating measures.

TIME assessed hundreds of thousands of companies before selecting the businesses included in the ranking, according to Aramark. The Philadelphia-based company did not disclose its position on the list or the scores it received in each category.

The employee component drew on survey responses from about 217,000 verified workers at U.S. companies over three years. Measures included workplace culture, compensation, working conditions, equality and whether employees would recommend their company.

Financial performance was evaluated using revenue growth, profitability, asset growth and return on assets across short- and long-term periods.

The sustainability category examined corporate disclosure and compliance measures, including carbon-emissions intensity, leadership diversity, human-rights policies and corporate-responsibility reporting.

“This recognition reflects what we believe: that investing in our people and operating with integrity are what drives sustainable growth,” Chief Executive Officer John Zillmer said.

Zillmer added that the ranking reinforced management’s confidence in the company’s operating position and growth prospects.
