Aprea Puts Cancer Drug Pipeline Before Investors

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Aprea Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: APRE) will put its clinical-stage cancer drug pipeline before investors at the H.C. Wainwright Global Investment Conference Sept. 14-16 as the company advances two targeted therapies for solid tumors.

President and Chief Executive Officer Oren Gilad is scheduled to present at the conference, which will be held in person and virtually.

Aprea’s lead programs are APR-1051, an oral small-molecule inhibitor of WEE1 kinase, and ATRN-119, a small-molecule ATR inhibitor. Both are in clinical development for solid tumor indications.

The company is developing targeted therapies for patients with biomarker-defined cancers by exploiting vulnerabilities associated with cancer-cell mutations. Its technology has potential applications in ovarian, colorectal, prostate and breast cancers.
