Angeion Extends Inc. 5000 Run as Legal Platform Expands

Business news

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Angeion Group ranked No. 1,589 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, marking its fourth consecutive appearance as the Philadelphia-based legal administration company expands its platform through acquisitions and new technology-enabled services.

The ranking is Angeion’s fifth overall appearance on the annual list of fast-growing privately held U.S. companies, which measures percentage revenue growth over a three-year period.

Angeion’s latest placement represents a decline from No. 1,489 in 2025 but remains well above its earlier positions. The company ranked No. 2,416 in 2024 and No. 4,243 in 2023 after first appearing at No. 4,796 in 2019.

The company did not disclose its revenue or three-year growth rate in the release.

Angeion provides legal administration services spanning class action and mass tort settlements, legal noticing, bankruptcy proceedings and single-event personal injury matters.

The company has recently expanded those operations through its acquisition of MedQuest Ltd and the launch of EvidenceEngine, a technology-enabled medical-record review service for mass tort litigation. The moves broaden Angeion’s involvement across different stages of litigation administration.

Chief Executive Officer Bill Carter framed the company’s strategy around building a broader legal-services operation rather than treating revenue growth as an end in itself.

“Our goal is not growth for its own sake; it is to build a stronger company that delivers more consistent performance and greater value for clients,” Carter stated.

The Inc. 5000 ranks privately held U.S. companies according to their percentage revenue growth over three years. The latest placement continues a sharp improvement in Angeion’s position since it returned to the ranking in 2023, despite the modest year-over-year decline in its 2026 rank.
