DOUGLASSVILLE, PAAmerican Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO) celebrated the unveiling of its new mural last week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at company headquarters, bringing together employees, artists, and community members to honor the company’s history and future vision.

The mural, titled Always Lift. Never Quit., reflects ACECO’s enduring values of grit, integrity, and perseverance. President and CEO Karen Norheim said the artwork is a tribute to both the company’s roots and its people.

“This mural is more than just a piece of art—it’s a visual expression of who we are, where we’ve come from, and where we’re going,” said Norheim. “From our founder’s grit and vision to the dedication of every employee here today, this mural reflects our shared spirit: Always Lift. Never Quit.”

The project was a collaborative effort between employees Michele Downie and Taylor Suzenski and artists Mike Miller and Greg Didyoung, with creative leadership from Stephanie Delibertis, ACECO’s Owner and Executive Director of Outreach & Development.

Norheim praised Delibertis for transforming unused space into what she called “a creative hub that will inspire not only our team but also every person who passes by our building.”

The event underscored ACECO’s tradition of craftsmanship and innovation while celebrating the company’s workforce and its role as both an industry leader and a community partner.
