YARDLEY, PA — Acumetis, a life sciences commercialization company formed by combining five consultancies, launched April 14, 2026, to provide integrated services across the biopharmaceutical product lifecycle, the company announced.
The new company brings together Herspiegel, Adivo Associates, Decisive Consulting, Fiecon, and Sixsense Strategy Group under a single brand and leadership structure.
Acumetis said the combined business will offer services spanning commercial strategy, market access, medical affairs, patient support, and analytics to clients developing and marketing pharmaceutical products.
The company employs more than 350 staff across the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia, with experience in more than 50 markets.
Acumetis said its client base includes more than 150 life sciences organizations, including global pharmaceutical companies, and that its founding firms have supported more than 200 product launches.
The company is backed by DFW Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle-market investments in regulated industries.
Brent Herspiegel, chief executive officer of Acumetis, said the combined organization is intended to support companies facing increased regulatory and market pressures.
Acumetis is headquartered in Yardley, Pennsylvania, with additional offices in North America, Europe, and India.
